Whites Not Allowed" at College Diversity Forum

A few South Puget Sound Community College employees engaged in act of intentional racism by refusing to allow White staff to participate in a campus diversity forum, reports Northwest News.
Last week, a group calling itself “The Staff, Faculty and Administrators of Color” sent an email to all 300 college staff members informing them of an event designed to combat racism on campus.
The event, known as Happy Hour, was advertised as an opportunity to “build support and community” for people of color at the taxpayer-funded school.
The catch to the announcement was this – the happy hour date and time were kept secret from non-minority staff members!
The email itself implied White people were all racists, and thus, not welcome, stating:

“If you want to create space for white folks to meet and work on racism, white supremacy, and white privilege to better our campus community and yourselves, please feel free to do just that.”
After being taken to task for their blatant racism, The Staff, Faculty and Administrators of Color cancelled the event altogether this week, but neither admitted to, nor apologized for, their actions.
