On this day Jan 21st: The end of C18

n this day January 21st:
1793-38 year old Louis XVI King of the French was executed in Paris by the guillotine after a sham trial.
1824-Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson, American, Confederate army general was born in Clarksburg, Virginia.
1924-Vladimir Lenin, half Jewish monster and mass murdering Bolshevik died aged 53.
1944-649 British bombers attacked Magdeburg.
1945-Tannenburg was taken by Red Army, but only after the Germans blew up the outstanding memorial.
1950-George Orwell, author of Animal Farm and 1984 died aged 46 in London,
1968 – A B-52 bomber crashed near Thule Air Base, Greenland, contaminating the area after its nuclear payload ruptured. One of the four bombs remained unaccounted for after the cleanup operation was completed.
1998-Charlie Sargent and Martin Cross of C18 were sentenced to life imprisonment. The state took control of C18 which never indulged in serious street activities in England again, instead it became a money making joke! Darren Wells, even though it was obvious that he was a searchlight spy, friend of the BBC and police informant remained as a close friend of the new leader.
